Welcome to our beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome that accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Our townhouse is located in the eco-friendly community of Serenity at Silver Creek, just 18 minutes from the gates of Disney and conveniently located to visit all the major restaurants, super stores and shopping outlets. The space The unit has been fully renovated and furnished. This is our winter home and where we spend 5-6 mths of the year, when we’re not using it we rent it to families that are visiting Disney. Enjoy premium Wi-Fi with unlimited streaming (private to our unit), Smart TV’s in the Livingroom and all bedrooms, a reserved parking space in front of the unit, & your own patio with plunge pool. Guests will have access to the clubhouse (only a 1-minute walk away) that offers a large pool & hot tub, fitness center, game rooms/lounging area with ping pong table and video game machines, covered outdoor seating, and NEWLY renovated bathrooms. It also has a fenced-in playground area. The Property: Main Room: Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. 65in Smart TV and a Queen Sofa Bed in the living room. Lower Level Bedroom: new Queen Bed with direct access to the corridor bathroom, 43in Smart TV, and high-end solid wood bedroom furniture. Master bedroom Suite: new King bed with ensuite bathroom & private balcony, 55in Smart TV, high-end solid wood bedroom furniture & walk-in closet. Family Bedroom – A unique and fun Mickey & Minnie Mouse-inspired decorated room with brand new twin bunkbeds, a new Queen bed, and a convertible chair that turns into a twin bed. This room sleeps five comfortably and is a room where a family can stay or if two families are traveling together all the kids can stay in. The bathroom is large and has a tub.
